The Finnish Painters project and the finnishpainters website are realised with the assistance of the Saastamoinen Foundation, the Finnish Cultural Foundation, and the Ministry of Education and Culture.

Posted @withregram • @kulturfonden Inspireras av konstnären @leonor_ruiz_dubrovin_artist och sök till residenset i Grez-sur-Loing. Nästa residensperiod är juli-december 2024.

✨ Så minns Leonor sin tid i Frankrike:

– Under stipendietiden i Grez-sur-Loing hade jag möjligheten att arbeta i en lugn och inspirerande miljö med en fascinerande historisk bakgrund. Konstnärskolonin på Hotel Chevillon etablerades redan på 1870-talet. Sedan dess har Grez varit ett kreativt centrum för några av världens främsta konstnärer, författare och forskare.

Arbetsperiod gav mig tid och möjlighet att i en fantastisk omgivning arbeta på heltid med min kommande utställning vid Forum Box. Den här perioden var en mycket givande tid som hjälpte mig göra många framsteg i arbetsprocessen. Jag är också glad över de intressanta möten och idéutbyten med andra konstnärer som stipendieperioden möjliggjorde.

Denna vistelseperiod har varit en av de mest inspirerande och viktigaste i min karriär hittills!

Stipendiet ger dig fri tillgång till Carl Larsson-lägenheten och ateljén i Hôtel Chevillon och ett arbetsstipendium på 14 000 euro. Ansökan för alla våra residensstipendier är öppen fram till och med 30 september.
